To the Editor:
Iraq is composed of three religious/political factions, each predominant in their region: Shiites in the south, Sunnis in the center and Kurds in the north. None of them will accept a U.S.-instituted government with the other two factions.
Therefore, why not divide the country in three, each with its own government? Ideally, a central government would have ...
