'Tis the season for picking a peck of peppers and you can pickle them, too--as you long as you're cool about which ones are hot and which ones are not!
Like many home gardeners or small growers, you may have planted some pepper plants this spring, picking out a few types by name alone, from the mysterious dark poblano to the familiar pimento, up to perhaps, the intriguing habanero.
