GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., June 22 /PRNewswire/ -- The Iserv Co., one of the largest independent ISPs (Internet Service Providers) in Michigan, today announced it has acquired the eastern Michigan-area customers of Scottville, Mich.-based 1010internet, LLC. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The agreement provides Iserv with 1010internet's current customer base in the cities of Bad Axe, Bay City, Ubly, Standish and the surrounding areas. Current 1010internet customers in these areas will continue to use the same dial-up access numbers and e-mail addresses.
Billing and customer support for these communities will switch to Iserv effective July 1, ...
