Jun. 22--THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. -- BAXTER'S BIOSCIENCE HEAD NAMED CFO: Baxter International Inc. (NYSE: BAX) in Deerfield, Ill., fell 12 cents Monday to $32.70. The medical products company said it named John Greisch as chief financial officer, effective immediately.
Greisch, 49, has been president of Baxter's BioScience division, based in Thousand Oaks. He has worked for Baxter since 2002 and succeeds CFO Brian Anderson, who is leaving the company.
Carlyn Solomon, 41, vice president of BioScience's global operations, will assume day-to-day responsibilities for the division ...
