My daughter, Giannina and good friend and Bulletin columnist, Dr, Brix Pujalte suddenly had the bright idea of going to Chinatown for dinner and I quickly obliged before my extremities had taken root on my couch.
We ended up in Soler street at a restaurant called Golden Fortune which, I found out was owned by the Chee family who were known in refrigeration and kitchen equipment circles. Upon entry, one sees an array of healthy live seafood in refrigerated (of course) salt water aquariums all swimming happily and totally oblivious of their forthcoming fate.
