President Lula and seven of his Ministers start today a meeting in New York to show the investment opportunities in Brazil. The Brazilian mission has detailed information on 23 infrastructure development projects worth R$13.06bil, to be partly funded by the government and private investors (R$4.98bil), following the PPP (private -Public - partnership) scheme being discussed in the Congress.
