Jun. 24--The Securities and Exchange Commission is gathering information on possible insider trading made by executives of Thai Gypsum Product Plc.
Sources said that Krisada Kampanatsanyakorn, the TGP chairman, and Tipvipa Kampanatsanyakorn, a TGP director, were under investigation for possible insider trading related to a tender offer. The pair were said to have transferred their shares without identifying recipients before a new investor wishing to take over the company set the tender offer price for TGP shares.
