Jun. 23--University of Arizona officials want commercial real estate brokers and developers to start thinking like scientists when building or marketing a property to attract high-tech companies to Tucson.
"A lot of people who aren't around scientists have the impression that it's a sterile space filled with white lab coats," said Brad Leathley, principal at NBBJ in Seattle who has helped UA master plan its tech park from the beginning.
