Mar. 27--SPRING VALLEY LAKE -- Workers have broken ground on 18 town houses to be built in Spring Valley Lake for completion sometime next year, Spring Valley Lake Association General Manager James Stilwell said Thursday.
The town houses -- typically two single-family, multi-level dwellings connected by a common sidewall -- will be located across the street from the association's offices on Spring Valley Parkway, Stilwell said.
The parcel has been zoned for multi-family homes since the initial development of the community.
