Mar. 28--Gaming companies, including those that make electronic bingo machines and other casino supplies, have hit the jackpot.
The state Legislature's recent passage of a bill that allows gaming machines at horse racetracks -- and the U.S. Supreme Court's recent rejection of a Justice Department attempt to prohibit some so-called class II games -- is all bullish for several key players in the gaming industry, analysts say.
Oklahoma has a significant part of the nation's class II games, basically electronic bingo-like games. That number -- more than 20,000 -- will double within the next 18 months, observers say, as ...
