Promising defensive lineman Junior Lemau'u, who would have been a key member of the UCLA football team's interior line, and reserve receiver Antwuan Smith were dismissed from the team for a failure to comply with team policies, coach Karl Dorrell announced Tuesday.
Lemau'u, who played at Long Beach Poly High, did not follow guidelines established upon his return from an eight-game suspension for violation of team rules last season, according to sources.
