Apr. 13--QUESTION: For 15 years I worked as a central supply clerk for a company that provides home health and nursing care. A year ago, the owner decided to start buying supplies over the Internet.

I have very little computer knowledge and no one would take the time to teach me. Finally a girl from a different department was appointed to learn the program with me. She knew nothing about our department, but we thought that between us, we could get the program going.

Well, we didn't. I was only working 15 hours a week, and she didn't have much time either. There I was again, no one to teach me the program. I begged for help, even said I'd spend unpaid time to learn.
