I recently was fortunate enough to be part of a press group invited to tour ADM's new Culinary Center. Designed to help the company's customers "bridge the gap between food science and the culinary arts," the gleaming state-of-the-art center is housed in the company's James R. Randall Research Center in Decatur, III.

After a whirlwind driving tour of the local--and substantial--ADM manufacturing operations, we all sat down to an impressive four-course lunch prepared in the center by Research Chef Brian Yager--and featuring ADM ingredients such as soy protein and the new Enova[TM] oil.
