The Brazilian development bank BNDES (Banco Nacional de Desenvolvimento Economico e Social) may appeal the Justice against America Movil to receive US$160mil invested in the purchase of stakes in the mobile phone operators Telet (Rio Grande do Sul state) and Americel (Center-West region) owned by Claro, America Movil's division.
