Bo'ao Forum will host energy meeting in Tehran
Shanghai. June 25. INTERFAX-CHINA - The Bo'ao Forum for Asia, with China as its leading initiator, will host an energy forum with the Iranian Foreign Ministry in Tehran on July 17-19.
China's three largest state-owned oil companies, the China National Petroleum Corp. (CNPC), the China Petrochemical Corp. (Sinopec Group) and the China National Offshore Oil Corp. (CNOOC), will send senior officials to the conference. The former Chinese Oil Minister Wang Tao and the current head of the State Energy Bureau Xu Dingming are expected to be present as well.
