Apr. 2--The first of a dozen major projects proposed for the community broke ground Thursday at the former Rogers Toyota site on Grand Avenue.
The 66,000-square-foot light-industrial project is expected to create about 150 jobs.
The $10 million Gateway Business Center project calls for six two-story buildings, designed mostly with windows in the front and decorative painted concrete and trim on the sides. It is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
