Apr. 1--$4 MILLION BOOST FOR EDUCATION PROGRAM TO LOWER CLAIMS: A Chicago-based health-care information company secured more than $4 million in private funding to market a patient education program doctors can use to fight malpractice claims.
Rightfield Solutions said sales are growing for its Emmi Expectation Management and Medical Information, which informs patients about surgical procedures through a series of Internet-based education programs.
