Mar. 23--Several months after its purchase by a national corporation, homegrown Stier's RV is poised to expand.
The company has signed a lease to launch a dealership in the Los Angeles area and is in deliberations to start one in Ventura, said Stier's general manager Peter Kinden.
Kinden said this is why the company's founder and president, Mike Stier, accepted Holiday Holdings LLC's offer to purchase his 30-year-old RV outfit. It was an opportunity, Kinden said, to grow beyond what the local company could do on its own.
