Mar. 23--ADELANTO, Calif. -- The proposed plaza coming to the corner of Bellflower Road and Bartlett Avenue both fills a need and will lead to more commercial development in the area, experts say.
The plaza is expected to include a small market, restaurant and some other retail stores, according to Adelanto Mayor Jim Nehmens.
"It will be a definite shot in the arm," Nehmens said. "When people start to see development, more will come in."
