Mar. 21--San Diego County ---- especially North County ---- is a costly place to do business, continually at risk of losing jobs to lower-cost regions. So it was doubly sweet for local business leaders when Sony Electronics recently announced it was moving its corporate headquarters to the affluent San Diego suburb of Rancho Bernardo from Park Ridge, N.J.
