Mar. 18--AMHERST, N.H. -- You may think you know what a roast beef sandwich tastes like -- a couple of cold pieces of deli meat slapped between two slices of bread, right? Nothing to it.
Somewhere, Ali Ewiess is shuddering.
He wants to introduce locals to one of his obsessions: the perfect roast beef sandwich.
To that end, Ewiess, his wife, Shawna, and his brother, Tarek, are opening Bentley's Famous Roast Beef in Amherst on April 8, in the former Amherst Ice Cream House on Route 101A.
