Mar. 17--Colliers Commerce CRG has negotiated the sale of the Foothill Terrace Apartments, 2321 E. 2100 South, Salt Lake City, to Bart Curtis of Salt Lake City. The seller of the 54 one-bedroom apartments was Joel Kester of Alpine.
--Wadman Corp., an Ogden-based general contractor, has been awarded the construction contract for a new Kohl's Department Store in Layton. The 92,737-square-foot retail center is scheduled for completion in October.
--Memorial Mortuary in Murray has received a 2003 Pursuit of Excellence award from the National Funeral Directors Association. Memorial was one of 311 funeral homes nationwide recognized for community service, ...
