Mar. 15--A Huntington Beach-based restaurant chain will open two restaurants in the Inland Empire, but neither will be equipped as on-site breweries.

Chicago Pizza & Brewery Inc. will open an 8,000-square-foot BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse at 1059 E. Harriman Place in San Bernardino, said Rob Curran, vice president of investor relations.

The restaurant, which is under construction, will employ about 200 people when it opens this fall, Curran said.

A second restaurant is planned in Rancho Cucamonga. The 8,100-square-foot BJ's Restaurant will be located at Fourth Street and Richmond Place near Ontario Mills, and it will employ about 200 ...
