Mar. 11--TWIN FALLS, Idaho -- Direct-selling computer maker Dell Inc. on Wednesday told employees it will upgrade its Twin Falls call center to serve Dell's growing business-to-business customer base, instead of consumer clients.
Round Rock, Texas-based Dell, which jousts with Hewlett-Packard Co. for the title of world's top seller of PCs, will start the Twin Falls call center's transition in two to three weeks, take the first calls from business clients here in early April and largely complete the switch by the end of its second fiscal quarter, the end of July.
