BAR HARBOR, MAINE _ One of the best ways to experience Acadia National Park is to paddle.
It is not the longest sea kayak trip, but cruising through Bar Harbor's busy inner harbor and past the four Porcupine islands offered a new, wave-top perspective of Acadia.
It was a great escape from the crowds, the tied-up traffic and the bustle of tourist-filled Bar Harbor.
The waters at Bar Harbor off Mount Desert Island were listed by Sea Kayaker magazine as among the Top 10 places in the world to paddle.
