NEENAH, Wis., June 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Forty-three percent of Americans report they have "a lot more" common sense than most people, a survey by SCOTT(R) Tissue and Towels reveals. And, underscoring humorist Will Rogers' observation that "common sense ain't common," only seven percent actually have Common Sense Perception (CSP), the most exceptional kind of common sense. Meanwhile, 74 percent of Americans believe they have above-average practical judgment.
