The first phase of Guangdong Guotong New Construction Materials Co., Ltd., a production base of Anhui Guotong Hi-Tech Pipes Industry Co., Ltd. in South China, was completed and put on stream in Guangzhou Nansha Development Zone on Apr. 19. It is the first project completing the whole process from the proposal to the start of production since the establishment of Guangzhou Nansha Development Zone Construction Headquarters. The company will become the biggest plastic pipe production base in Guangdong. Large-diameter double-wall corrugated pipes in the water discharge pipe series will fill a production gap in Guangdong.
