Next fall, Anchorage-based restaurant owner Andy Moussouras will head south to Seattle to open his second restaurant and introduce millions of local residents and tourists to his vision of the fast-food future.
And that vision features Alaska seafood.
Moussouras' restaurant, Alaska's Gourmet Subs, will open at the soon-to-be renovated food court of the Seattle Ferry Terminal, located on Colman Dock on Pier 52.
The restaurant will use the same Alaska vendors and feature the same menu as the current Anchorage store: healthy gourmet subs, pizza and pasta dishes that use--among other items--Alaska halibut, smoked salmon and reindeer sausage.
