Jun. 26--TWIN FALLS, Idaho -- At the stroke of midnight on June 30, smoking sections in local restaurants will close for the last time.
As restaurateurs finish one chapter of their businesses' histories, many plan to make a fresh start by not only going smoke free, but also cleaning up their former smoking areas.
"We're just cleaning everything we can think to clean," said Vicki Collins, who owns Norm's Cafe in downtown Twin Falls with her husband, Tom.
The Collinses will get a head start on the statewide smoking ban that goes into effect ...
