Feb. 25--PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. -- Spring Break 2004 has been the most highly marketed event in the history of the Panama City Beach Convention and Visitors Bureau.
The CVB targeted 550 college and university campuses throughout the Southeast and upper Midwest in its Spring Break 2004 media campaign.
But based on the latest Web site results, the response has been less than outstanding.
Does that mean fewer students will descend on the world's most beautiful beaches from Feb. 27 to April 11?
