PHILADELPHIA, June 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Philadelphia Phillies shortstop Jimmy Rollins represented all Major League baseball players today when the Major League Baseball Players Trust presented Volunteers of America with grants to help children and youth. Volunteers of America's local offices in Minnesota, Ohio, Washington, Louisiana and California each received a grant of up to $10,000 to fund programs targeting disadvantaged children.
