Feb. 10--The Shangri-La golf courses on Grand Lake are for sale, and several potential buyers apparently are teeing up offers for the properties.
"The golf course market is not that great right now, but the reputation of these two golf courses is creating a lot of interest, especially locally," said Chris Charnas of Cushman & Wakefield, a Chicago firm in charge of marketing the real estate.
The two 18-hole courses were renovated recently and are considered the centerpiece of the 650-acre Shangri-La resort on Monkey Island.
