Hyderabad, Jun 29 (PTI) Congress Member of Parliament from Nandyal S P Y Reddy has offered to vacate his seat to enable Prime Minister Manmohan Singh get elected to the Lok Sabha (lower house of Parliament) from the constituency which was once represented by former PM P V Narasimha Rao.
"I have already made this proposal to Dr Singh when I met him in Delhi recently. However, we are waiting for his response. We hope he will accept our request," Reddy told PTI.
