Wealthy conservatives have long run the country. They control the money. They are born into the power structure. The army is in their pocket. They run the media.
Until, one day, the power is taken away from them. They want that power back. And since they control TV, who's to stop them? Even if things don't go according to script, even if their "popular revolt" is staged, even if TV images are manipulated, who will know?
People can take to the streets. The elected government can go into hiding.
And it won't matter.
Or will it? Is the TV image more powerful than the truth, than the will of the people? Maybe ...
