ST. LOUIS -- Seems as though we're damned if we do...and damned if we don't. With the onset of a CELL PHONE directory (we knew it was coming, though, didn't we?) many are up in arms.
Let's take a look at the pros and cons.
First, most folks get a cell phone to be reachable 24/7. Reachable for whom? Friends? Clients? Relatives? And aren't there some friends, clients and relatives you have - that you wish didn't have your cell phone number? Sure there are.
