MELBOURNE, Australia & MENLO PARK, Calif. -- AGT Biosciences Limited (ASX:AGT) and ChemGenex Therapeutics, Inc. are pleased to announce that they have completed their merger transaction. The merger creates a genomics-driven global biotechnology company with two products in Phase II clinical development, and discovery and development capabilities in oncology, diabetes, obesity and depression.
