SkyStream Networks, the leader in IP video solutions, today announced at SUPERCOMM 2004 that Utilities Commission, City of New Smyrna Beach in Florida has purchased and deployed SkyStream's Mediaplex-20 and the Myrio IP Video Platform to offer IP Television as part of its "triple play" of voice, video and data services over fiber-to-the-home (FTTH).
