Bluetooth technology is starting to appear on more U.S. vehicles.
The number of 2004-model nameplates in the United States with Bluetooth as either standard or optional equipment is more than 30. That's up from about 14 in the 2003 model year, reports ABI Research Inc. in New York (abiresearch.com).
Bluetooth could be available on 15 more nameplates in the 2005 model year, says Frank Viquez, director of automotive research for ABI.
