Channel surfers could be forgiven if they flip to PBS Sunday night and come to a rash judgment that their cable system has tinkered with dial positions again. This week's Masterpiece Theatre presentation, "Warrior Queen," is an action-packed spectacle that would fit just as comfortably on a network such as USA, TNT, TBS or Spike as it does on PBS. In fact, the most Masterpiece Theatre-y aspect of "Warrior Queen" is that it's British-made.
