BOSTON, July 1 /PRNewswire/ -- A Lowell woman was sentenced on Tuesday, June 29, 2004 for engaging in a scheme to defraud the Social Security Administration and the Department of Housing and Urban Development and stealing approximately $26,561 from the United States Government.
