Phrase IV expansion project of Baoxin Stainless Steel may be delayed.
SHANGHAI. July 6. INTERFAX-CHINA - Baoxin Stainless Steel Co., one of the largest joint venture stainless steel producers in Zhejiang Province's Ningbo, will possibly delay construction of Phase-Four of its cold-rolled stainless steel plant project, due in part to new restrictions on power and water consumption.
