YOU'VE watched the television show -now put it into practice! ITV1's Celebrity Fit Club saw a host of willing but wobbly famous bods like Freddie Starr and Vanessa Feltz shed blood, sweat and pounds in front of the nation as they underwent a gruelling fitness and diet regime in a bid to get fit.
Now Conwy County Council has become the first local authority in Britain to host its own fit club -inspired by the popular programme.
