MALAYSIA'S PROTON TO ESTABLISH AUTO JV IN INDONESIA
JAKARTA - Malaysia's car maker Proton (KLSE:PROT) and Tracoma Holdings (KLSE:TCMA) have agreed to establish a joint venture with an initial capital of US$8 million.
The joint venture company PT Proton Tracoma Motors, which will be 51 per cent owned by Proton and 49 per cent by Tracoma, will handle all contracts to assemble Proton cars in the country.
