The profession of nursing is again facing another nursing shortage and even though we are in the midst of the current shortage, experts believe that it will reach crisis level in the next 10 to 15 years. As many of our colleagues prepare to retire and others leave the field for other reasons, nurses wonder who will care for them in their impending time of need.
