Jul. 9--The possible location of a home-building supply business in Georgetown County is generating more controversy, after Pawleys Island Town Council vowed to fight the store moving in near the south causeway.
Lowe's has already been rejected by residents in the Kensington community in Georgetown, who worried about the impact of traffic, noise and light on their community.
