Dainichiseika of Japan will establish a branch company called Dainichiseika Shanghai Co Ltd and construct comprehensive production units in Shanghai Chemical Industry Zone. The new company will produce resin master-batches, functional coatings, intaglio printing inks, special PU resins and adhesives. The project will become a core plant of the company in its chemical operations in China.
