Jul. 9--Drive through Indiana in the summertime and you're likely to pass countless miles of cornfields. But, now and then, wedged between the uncountable acres of corn and soybeans, you'll notice something most people probably don't associate with the Hoosier state.

Vineyards.

Over the past two decades, Indiana's wine industry has grown exponentially, from just a few wineries in the early years to about 30 wineries statewide today. Using grape varieties suitable to the Midwest, the state has begun producing its own high quality whites and reds.
