Jul. 10--COMPANIES WITH BEST SERVICE ARE THOSE WITH BEST PRODUCT: Do you know what they call those people who are charged with the responsibility for making our experience as consumers a pleasant one? I have heard and seen many titles -- customer service representative, client relation specialist and, my favorite, customer satisfaction manager.
