KATY Appleton tells me she's looking out at the ocean, listening to the sea gently lapping under her stilted water villa in the Maldives.
It's easy to see how this peaceful environment would be the perfect setting for yoga-lovers.
But Katy says yoga can help anyone, anywhere - even if the class they attend is right next to the busy M6.
