MIAMI, July 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Adorno & Yoss, the largest certified minority-owned law firm in the United States and a Corporate Plus member of the National Minority Suppliers Development Council ( http://www.nmsdc.org/ ), announced today that it has agreed to combine its practice with 21-attorney Alvarado, Smith & Sanchez, one of California's largest minority-owned full service law firms. This development increases Adorno & Yoss' presence to 185 attorneys in nine offices throughout the United States.
